Our Mission

At Autism Way Out West, our mission is to break the stigma around children and adults with autism by offering meaningful support, practical resources, and inclusive, family-friendly adventures that promote physical, emotional, and social growth.

From sensory-friendly outings to educational workshops and community events, we’re here to uplift, encourage, and walk alongside families on their autism journey.

Meet Our Founder

About the Founder
Stacey Sprock is the heart behind Autism Way Out West. A devoted mother of children with autism, Stacey knows firsthand the challenges and joys that come with raising kids on the spectrum. After realizing how limited autism-specific resources and support systems were in the West Valley, she decided to take action and fill the gap herself.
Driven by compassion and a deep desire to create meaningful change, Stacey founded Autism Way Out West to give families the kind of support she wished existed when her journey began.
Outside of her work as an advocate, Stacey is also an avid runner who participates in races throughout the year. Her love for running reflects her resilient spirit and commitment to pushing through obstacles — a mindset she brings to everything she does. Whether she’s organizing a community event or training for her next race, Stacey leads with heart, purpose, and determination.

Our team is made up of passionate, caring volunteers who are dedicated to helping others. Everyone who joins our mission brings something unique to the table — but we all share one thing in common: a desire to make life better for families affected by autism.
We believe in teamwork, action, and heart-led service. If that sounds like you, we’d love to have you on board.
